Anyone living here in Vancouver knows Granville Street has been torn up for months. Construction is almost complete but this series attempts to document a moment in the city's history where one of its oldest and most historic streets looked like something out of the old west. One thing in particular that struck me was how the construction and removal of the lovely trees that once lined the street actually allowed locals a rare glimpse at the incredible architecture that had previously been somewhat hidden from the busy street.
